Extreme Connect app is compatible with eSIM enabled devices.

iPhone models include; iPhone XS/XS Max, iPhone XR, iPhone SE (2nd generation), iPhone 11 series, iPhone 12, iPhone 13 (running iOS 12.1 & later).

 

Android devices include; Google Pixel 3/3 XL/3a/3a XL, Google Pixel 4/4 XL/4a, Google Pixel 5/5a, Samsung Galaxy S20/S20+/S20 Ultra, Samsung Galaxy S21/S21+/S21 Ultra, Samsung Galaxy Note 20/20 Ultra, Samsung Galaxy Fold/Z Fold, Samsung Galaxy Z Flip.

 

Furthermore, your device must not be locked to a specific network by your current provider. For more information read: "Device is locked".
